Terms of Use — Olympus Console

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fortune Five("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Olympus Console. They cover the Olympus Console application distributed through the Apple App Store, including when that same application runs on an Apple Silicon Mac.
By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
This agreement is between you and us only. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Termsand is not responsible for the app or its content, although Apple has certain rights under it (see "Apple-specific terms" below).
The open-source Olympus backend is licensed separately — see the repository. These Terms govern the app and its subscription, not that software.
What the app is
Olympus Console supervises AI coding-agent sessions that run on your own computers, under your own accounts with the relevant AI providers, using backend software you install and operate.
No agent code runs on your iOS device. The app exchanges structured messages (session status, transcripts, questions, approval requests and your decisions) plus project files you open. It is nota remote-desktop or screen-sharing product and cannot view or control another computer's screen, and it does not provide, resell, proxy, or broker access to any AI service.
Your responsibilities
Use the app only with computers and accounts you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for your accounts with the AI providers whose tools the app supervises and compliance with their terms; everything the agents you launch do on your machines, including any code they write, run, change or delete and any credential access you approve; securing the machines running the backend and the credentials in it; and reviewing what you approve. Approvals are yours — the app puts the decision in front of you, it does not make it.
Free tier
The core of Olympus Console is free: installing the backend, pairing a computer, launching and streaming sessions, answering agent questions, and approving or denying credential requests. The free tier is not a time-limited trial. Demo Mode, which explores the app with sample data and no account or network connection, is also free.
Olympus Console Pro (auto-renewing subscription)
Olympus Console Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered in two options:

What a Pro subscription provides, for as long as it is active: running agent sessions on more than one computer at a time; holding more than one Hub pairing in your device's roster; and voice input on iPhone and Mac. Everything else in the app is available on the free tier.
Billing terms
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase or an updated price in accordance with Apple's price-change notice and consent rules.
- You can manage and cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings: on iPhone, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on a Mac, App Store → [your name] → Account Settings → Subscriptions. Turning off auto-renew stops the next charge; the current paid period is not cancelled or prorated and continues until it expires.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore purchases. If you reinstall or move to another device, use Restore Purchasesin the app's plan settings. The subscription is tied to your Apple Account, not to a device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- Prices are shown in your local currency. The amounts above are United States prices; other regions may differ and taxes may apply.
- If a Pro subscription lapses, the app returns to the free tier. Nothing on your own machines is taken away or deleted.

Acceptable use
Do not use the app to circumvent the terms of any AI provider whose tools it supervises; do not abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the push relay we operate (rate limits apply, and we may suspend a device registration that trips them); and do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services and trademarks
Olympus Console interoperates with coding-agent tools you install and license separately on your own computers. Any third-party product names or trademarks referred to are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those companies.
Some optional features rely on third parties — Apple's Push Notification service for alerts, and a speech-to-text provider for voice input. Their handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Apple-specific terms
The following apply because the app is distributed through the App Store, and Apple requires them:
- Scope of licence.We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Usage Rules.
- Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
- Warranty.The app is provided without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law (see "Disclaimer" below). In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property claims.In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance.You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- Contact. Questions, complaints, or claims about the app should be directed to us at olympusconsole@polsia.app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, or older where your country sets a higher minimum age. The app is a developer tool and is not directed at children.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI agents act autonomously within the bounds you configure. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for the consequences of the sessions you launch.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us — or paid Apple for the subscription — in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; there, they apply only to the extent permitted.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it (cancel any subscription separately, as described above). We may suspend or terminate access to the push relay if these Terms are violated. Termination does not affect the open-source backend on your own machines, which is governed by its own licences.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be published here with an updated effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If a change materially reduces what an active subscription provides, it will not apply to the period you have already paid for.
