Support — Olympus Console
Olympus Console is developed by Fortune Five.
Contact us
Email: olympusconsole@polsia.app
We aim to respond within two business days. For a bug, please include your app version and build number (Settings → About), what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Report a bug from inside the app
The fastest route is Settings → Report a bug in Olympus Console. It files the report directly with us, along with your app version, build number, and device type, so we do not have to ask for them. You choose what to include — you can attach screenshots and, optionally, app diagnostic logs.
Please do not paste secrets, credentials, or confidential source code into a bug report.
Documentation and source
The Olympus host, hub, and services software you run is open source:
- Repository, issues, and releases: github.com/olympus-console/olympus-console
- Installer downloads: latest release
Public bug reports and feature requests are welcome in GitHub Issues.
Subscriptions and billing
Olympus Console Pro is billed by Apple through your Apple Account.
- Manage or cancel: on iPhone, Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on a Mac, App Store → [your name] → Account Settings → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore a purchase: open the plan screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription follows your Apple Account, not your device.
- Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
For anything else about your subscription, email olympusconsole@polsia.app.
Common questions
Does the app run agent sessions on my phone?
No. Sessions run on your own computers. The app supervises them — approvals, questions, transcripts, and stop controls.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Pairing a computer, launching and streaming sessions, answering questions, and approving credential requests are all free, permanently. Pro adds multiple computers at once, multiple hub pairings, and voice input.
Can I try it without setting anything up?
Yes — tap Try the demo — no setup needed on the first screen. Demo Mode runs entirely offline with sample data and touches nothing real.
